  • How long is the usual production time for my order? We offer very speedy service on most of our products. Click here for more info.
  • Is there an additional charge for the engraving? No. We do not charge for usable artwork and all of the engraving is included in the price of each piece. The only exception might be if you need a landscape or a building to be re-drawn in black and white and in that case an additional one time charge of $30 per hour may apply. We will quote this ahead of time so you know the charges in full. We have no hidden fees.
  • What are the artwork requirements? To ensure the best possible etch for your crystal pieces, all artwork should be sent in black and white vector art if possible. We accept black & white tiff & jpeg files at a minimum resolution of 600 dpi. An additional fee may apply if we need to recreate your artwork. If you have any questions or need help with this, just call us and we would be happy to assist you.
  • I need ideas or suggestions for an award. Can you help? Of course! Call us at (866) 778-1240 and a customer service rep is ready to assist you between the hours of 9am-5pm (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday.
  • What kind of process do you use to engrave your products? We use a method called sand-carving which is a time-tested method for engraving crystal, glass and marble. It produces a deep etch into the piece that will not wear off or wash off over time. It is assisted by digital technology but still blasted by hand. It involves blasting thousands of tiny sand particles in a uniform pattern to produce superior depth and consistency. While some engravers will use lasers, we do not use this shortcut because of the inconsistency caused by the heat, which sometimes fractures the glass/crystal and produces an inconsistent engraving. Also, laser engraving produces hundreds of tiny lines into your engraving artwork and doesn't achieve any depth.
  • Can I send you my own item to engrave? This is not recommended because your item can break while being shipped to us and we cannot re-order it since it is not our product. Therefore, we discourage this process.
  • How are your products packaged? All products are wrapped individually in an upscale presentation box. Click here to see the different boxing options. (Each item is assigned a specific box. You can find out which box your item comes in on the Description Page of our website next to the item.)
  • Is there a limit on engraving for each item? No. You can engrave whatever you like on the piece you choose. If we think it is not tasteful we will advise you.
  • How do you ship? UPS Ground is our preferred method of shipping. We also offer UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day & UPS Overnight delivery (this is the only method where we can specify it to be delivered at a certain time). We will also use a customers UPS or FedEx # if you prefer to have it billed to your account directly.
  • What if my award breaks during shipping? We guarantee all of our products that are being shipped to you and in the rare occasion that you receive something broken, we will replace that item for you at no charge. We also make it a priority to produce your replacement award right away to ensure that you receive it in time for your event. We will issue the claim for UPS so that you do not have to deal with reimbursement for the broken item.
  • Do you offer discounts to anyone? Yes. Our discounts are based on quantity and volume. Please ask a customer service representative how to qualify.
  • Do you have a showroom? We have a showroom located in Colorado Springs, CO in which our customers can visit anytime. Our showroom is open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday (Mountain Standard Time) where we display over 400 items of corporate awards.
  • Do you have a minimum order? No we do not. You can order as little or as many pieces as you want.
  • Can I cancel my order once it's been placed? Yes. You may cancel your order at any time unless your order is a custom item that we do not stock and have already ordered for you.
