Most items: Our normal turnaround time is 3-7 business days from the time we receive your approved proofs. (We will not engrave any items that have not been approved by the customer.) If you need your awards in a rush, we make every effort to meet your deadline at no additional cost to you and no production rush charges.
Express items: If you see an airplane next to an item on our website this means we always have this piece in stock and can get it to you faster than 5-7 business days.
Art Glass items: All of our art glass is custom made by our art glass artist and has a lead time of 3-4 weeks. We sometimes have art glass on hand so please call us if you need it sooner to check if we have it in stock.
