I have to tell you…these executives I work with always like to check out other vendors to save some money and they wanted me to shop around for other award companies. Well I did, and the results were no surprise to me. You are competitively priced and I can pick up the phone and call to get someone who will take responsibility for our orders. Some of the companies I was looking at do on-line orders only…no rep, no phone #! I told my people…why on earth would we use someone else when Glassical Designs has consistently given us perfect awards and service at a competitive price, plus they put up with our last minute changes. Taking a chance on another vendor just before an event is not worth saving a few dollars…and I stress few. I think I’ve convinced them to stick with the best. You!

As always, the awards were beautiful, done on time with no errors, and looked fantastic up on stage with the lights shining down upon them. We had no sooner finished setting them all up for display when one of the hotel light technicians slammed into the table with a lift. Plop, plop, plop...down went five of the awards with three of them breaking! This happened at 4:00 p.m. and the banquet was set to begin at 6:00 p.m. I quickly telephoned Jeff and relayed the situation. His response was immediate and reassuring and by 6:50 that evening I had three new awards in my hands! Everyone from the General Manager to the Vice President of Operations was impressed with Glassical's ability to create beautiful awards under such pressure.
