Every employee wants to be recognized and rewarded for their hard work. I have been working in this industry for over 6 years and it seems like I always hear from our customers how important it is to their employees to receive an award at the end of the year or be recognized often. There are so many ways to reward your employees and giving them something tangible they can keep forever is a great idea. Rewarding your employees gives them a reason to push forward and move on. In these tough economic times there have been many lay offs resulting in the staff that is left to take on more responsibility. Even though times are tough these people need to be recognized more than ever!
